It All Starts Here

We're excited to partner with you to provide an unforgettable experience for the boys in your care. This page is the first step in registering your group home's interest in participating.

After submitting this form, a member of the Purpose Movement team will email you with a simple player information form. We'll ask for the number of boys who are interested in participating, along with each player's name, age, grade, shoe size, shorts size, and jersey size. We'll also ask whether your boys would like to participate in our optional Open Gym sessions leading up to tournament day. Please share this opportunity with every group home and player you know that would be interested. Our goal is to have 100 boys participate.
